About Project

Ariosa Coffee Roasters was established in 2003 and had grown organically over the past 20 years, focusing on the business to business market.

With the outbreak of covid19 many of the customers closed overnight, so they had to pivot their business to appeal to consumers directly. We carried out a social media audit and found that they were posting sporadically throughout their channels and weren’t retargeting any customers who were visiting their website.

We quickly understood that there was an education piece to there products, from single origin coffee to blends and that anyone who had tried their coffee, quickly became a passionate follower and advocate of their story. We setup a content plan for them, covering not only their products, but also the bean and farm stories behind their coffee.

We also set up retargeting pixels and associated advertising campaigns to educate and encourage customers to become part of the ariosa family.

We have grown their Facebook Followers by 65% in the past 12 months, increased onpage engagement by 80% and grown sales on their website through social media by 150%.
