About Project
The Ariosa Coffee Roasting Company wanted to grow their online sales. They had an ecommerce module installed on their store, but it was a very small part of their business.
We carried out a full review of Ariosa Coffee’s online activity and identified several opportunities to improve their customers experience, increase awareness of their products and grow their online sales.
We completely redesigned their website, changing it from a brochure website with ecommerce tagged onto the back, to a full ecommerce store, using the Shopify platform.
We then introduced an integrated digital strategy across search, social and email. We keep customers informed of the latest coffee, brewing techniques and industry news with regular posting and email newsletters. We track and measure, every click, lead and engagement to ensure that Ariosa Coffee gets the best return for their ad spend and target the right customers, at the right time.
We have grown Ariosa Coffee’s online sale by 75% in the past 12 months and increased their online monthly subscriptions by 80%.
