About Project

This website was built to display information about the companies two New York boutique hotels, in Manhattan and Grand Central.
One of the goals of the company was to increase direct bookings on their own website, as opposed to the large hotel booking engines, like booking.com

The hotel booking transactions actually occur on a 3rd party booking engine which had to be integrated seamlessly on the site.
One essential ingredient when your website is built, is to measure how people are coming to your site, what they are doing when they get there and understanding your customers path to purchase or where they fall off on the way.

We used Google Tag Manager (GTM) as the tool to manage all the various tracking codes, such as Google Analytics and Facebook’s Retargeting Pixel. Cross domain tracking was set up and integrated with Data Layers to capture all the information, linking Analytics, Google Ads and Facebook to measure both leads and sales by channel and value.
