The objective of this project was to support a large offline campaign for Creative labs and maximise online sales of their wireless speaker products.
Creative labs were looking to run a summer festival ticket giveaway and promote it over social media.
We developed a mini-site specifically for the competition, which featured an easy to enter competition mechanism and data capture. The competition ran on product packs and in-store throughout the UK & Ireland.
We set up social media pixels on the mini-site and retargeted website visitors throughout the campaign encouraging customers to learn more and buy their wireless range of speakers. So we captured all the traffic the TV, Radio and Press campaigns drove to the Creative Labs promotion site as an audience. We created content pieces which answered consumers most frequently answered questions about the range. We remarketed these pieces to all the Creative labs audiences for a period of 4 weeks after their visit.
In order to increase the reach of the campaign we enabled Facebook lookalike audiences. This allowed Facebook to look at the demographic & interest info on the people in our retargeting audience and then matched that info against other similar Facebook users and showed them the ad too. This multiplied our overall audience by a factor of 20 and succeeded in delivering large volumes of highly targeted traffic to the website.
